CRM: Worked in partnership with RAPP, Diageo’s CRM agency, to deliver Salesforce email flows for the website following the UX and creative developed for the site

BUILDS: Project leadership of three corporate Careers site build projects, following the agency’s development of employer brand EVPs for them. These projects included content strategy, UX, design, content development, build and QA
CONSULTANCY: Creating a new process for digital projects and providing expertise and guidance on web-related topics

DATA: Managed multiple projects as part of a major rebrand for EE, with a focus on data and creative strategy across key customer groups. Gaming customers were a focus and we formulated customer segments using available data, and then created interactive products and associated comms to gain further insights for targeting communications
PRODUCT: Ran a multi-agency Publicis ‘Power of One’ project to develop the brand and product for a brand new wealth management product for UBS. The disciplines and agencies included: business consulting (Publicis Consulting), service naming (MetaDesign), strategy and target audience research (Digitas), advertising (Saatchi & Saatchi), digital product design (Digitas) and media (Publicis Media)
SEO: Within the Publicis Leon media team, ran multiple SEO projects with focus on technical updates, platform migrations and content generation, including a large content project for a new Panadol product line launching initially in Australia and then globally
